The location was extremely convenient, with a dolmus passing regularly.
We did not like the fact that staff energy was going toward surface renovations, such as new curtains and furniture coverings, while doors did not close, the shower surround kept falling off, and the drains smelled bad. On the surface, the place looks good, but it isn'T. There was rarely anyone at the desk and breakfast was extremely late. Moreover, we would warn anyone not to trust information given about car rental.

Friendly staff, rooms require some attention. I suppose you get what you pay for, definitely in this case. Location was ok, dolmus stops right outside though, so that was good. Breakfast was yuck. Would recommend a hotel that is beachfront that has beach loungers as there are not many places to lay on beach, most of beach is guarded by security from each hotel and only available for there guests.

Staff was very helpfull and polite.. Located on the main road and 10 min from center by minibus.
Hot water wasn't avalible sometimes.

The Hotel is situated a short stroll down a lane from the sea at the seafront, on one side loud music, bars, souvenir shops, and on the other side quiet walks, Dolphin park, Ice skating, Dive centre uncluttered grassy beaches, buses pass the front of the hotel frequently, the hotel did not stock the pool bar, since there is so much around the hotel to see and do. but any services including drinks around the pool were available if required. the staff were more like family,

In need of some TLC. Shower door was off, some lights not working and one socket didnt work. On a very busy road so a lot traffic noise A bit further away from centre of Marmaris than we expected but dolmus stopped outside and was very cheap

The Hotel is a family hotel and just 2 persons working there a lady in the morning shift and she speak only turkey and a man for the night shift.The room was not clean and they will not clean if you dont tell them. The breakfast is poor and the timing from 9 am to 10:30 am. The Refrigator is not working, The tv is a bad Quality and the best from all the gentelman increase the exchange rate from euro to turkey lira 3 points more as in the market. We paid 100 lira more as should be
